Hotel Reservations

The Renaissance Columbus Downtown Hotel is the host hotel for the Continuous Improvement Conference. We have reserved a block of rooms for conference attendees at a discounted rate of $159 per night single/double, plus current state and local taxes. The discounted room rate is available until Friday, March 13, 2020, though the block may sell out prior to that date. After March 13, the hotel will accept reservations on a space-and-rate available basis only.


To make your reservation, please call the hotel directly at (877) 901-6632 and mention the Continuous Improvement Conference or you can reserve your room online here. A credit card is required to guarantee the reservation. You may cancel the reservation 48 hours prior to arrival without penalty.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received in writing on or before Monday, March 23, 2020 and will be assessed a processing fee. Cancellation requests after March 23, cannot be granted, but substitutions are welcome. No-shows will not be refunded.
