The FPA makes it easy to determine why your firm is not performing up to expectations and provides specific steps to improve performance. The FPA includes four steps:
- Analysis of your key performance metrics
- Comprehensive variance analysis of your strengths and weaknesses
- A managerial action plan
- Follow-up consultation
All a member has to do is complete a questionnaire on their most current year financials plus a few operating metrics.
